A simple project for all ages. Even the very youngest can use these natural art materials to create their own colorful paintings using materials you already have in your kitchen. The best part? This may be a special project you made yourself when you were a child, as it was for me—I love sharing my own most memorable childhood activities with my own children (along with the special stories that go with them).

Have children draw on their paper with glue. Place small amounts of spices, grains and seeds in jar lids or small bowls for children to select from. Children may sprinkle their glue drawings with this colorful and frangrant, natural glitter!
