Our family eats healthy. We share healthy snacks for children here on our website. Lots of them—healthy lunch ideas, tips on nourishing children, whole-grain homemade graham crackers, all-fruit popsicles, honey apple pancakes, all-natural jello gelatin, and we even make our own natural rock candy...
But, sometimes special treats are enjoyed here—for birthday parties, Valentine's Day, Easter...Store-bought, natural sweet treats that still fit in with our family's choice to eat healthier, all-natural foods.
Natural candies that would stand up to their traditional not-so-natural counterparts used to be hard to find. It was a scavenger hunt in a health food store to find a natural candy knock-off that tasted, and was as colorful, as the real thing. Now, I can find bright, sweet, fun options—like all those we have enjoyed above—everywhere. Easily.
And, that is sweet.
